Reservation Step by step

1. Go to the website www.hp-hotel.pl

2. Select the date of arrival / departure, number of people.

3. Press BOOK/RESERVATION.

4. Select an available room

5. Check if the booking is correct. Press SELECT.

6. Complete your personal deta. If you want to receive an invoice, check the box and enter the company's details

7. For point 6, it is important to enter the correct telephone number and e-mail address. You will receive the booking confirmation, the number of the assigned room and the hotel entry code to this e-mail address. An 8-digit hotel entry CODE starting with * or # and the assigned room number, will be sent to the phone number.

8. Tick in the box that you have read the booking regulations and press BOOK/RESERVATION

9. The page will redirect you to the payment page. Click PAY NOW.

10. Select your bank or your preferred type of payment and go to the PAY window.

11. Log in to make a payment or pay by card.

12. After making the payment within 15 minutes, a confirmation of payment and room reservation will be sent to the given e-mail address. Then you will receive an email and sms with the hotel entrance code.

13. The entrance code is valid from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of departure. Please remember that the door closes automatically, so have the code with you at all times.
