Booking regulations

This document regulates the rules for making reservations, canceling reservations, payment for reservations, validity of reservations and complaints regarding the provision of services by e-mail.

Making a reservation
 

1. The reservation is made through the automatic online booking system at www.hp-hotel.pl. The reservation consists in choosing the date of stay, filling in the registration form, accepting the regulations and making the required payment.

2. Payments are made cashless. A deposit of 100% of the value of the stay must be paid no later than 3 days before the start of the planned stay. After making the advance payment, the reservation is considered confirmed (without the possibility of returning the deposit). A reservation is considered unconfirmed if it’s made by the automatic reservation system without paying a deposit for the stay.

3. After making a reservation in the manner indicated above, the Hotel will send a confirmation with the reservation number to the e-mail address provided by You

4. After receiving the total amount for the stay, the Hotel will generate an access code for the room selected by you, which will be sent to the indicated telephone number and e-mail address within 48 hours before the planned stay

 

The prices given are gross prices. 8% VAT applies to accommodation services.

The invoice will be sent to your e-mail address provided in the electronic reservation system

 

Cancelation and resignation of the reservation.
It is possible to cancel the reservation, but only for important reasons, justified and documented by the Guest, sent to kontakt@hp-hotel.pl with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the planned arrival.

 

Cancelation policy
-an unconfirmed booking can be canceled without incurring the cost of the booking fee up to 3 days before the start of the planned stay

-A confirmed reservation can be canceled at any time, but without the possibility of a refund of the advance payment

 

Shortening the stay is treated as a resignation after the cancellation period. Therefore there is no refund of the advanced payment.

 

Validity of the reservation

An unconfirmed booking (without making a deposit) will be automatically canceled 3 days before the date of arrival.

This applies to reservations made more than 3 days before the planned arrival.

For bookings made less than 3 days before the planned arrival date, payment is required on the day of booking.

Complaints
We make every effort to ensure the full correctness of the services provided, regarding the current technical knowledge and we undertake to remove any irregularities reported by the Guest within a reasonable time.

While the Guest is obliged to notify the Hotel about any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the internet by e-mail sent to the address kontakt@hp-hotel.pl

To complain, the guest should provide his name and surname, reservation number, type and date of irregularities related to the service received.

We undertake to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if it is not possible, to inform the guest during this period when the complaint will be considered.
